Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Gather (the “Service”). By creating an account or accessing the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content, harassment, or abusive behaviour.
• No attempts to disrupt the Service, other users, or infrastructure.
• Content must respect intellectual-property rights.

Payments and refunds

Community organisers set their own pricing and refund policies. Ticket refunds follow the policy shown on the event page at purchase. Platform fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account at any time.

Liability

The Service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees you have paid to Gather in the 12 months preceding the claim.
